What is Paper.io game?

Paper.io is a multiplayer io game in which players take turns controlling a moving block on a virtual chessboard. The movement of the block creates a trail that, if a complete loop is made, will result in the area inside being claimed. The player who controls the biggest territory will have the highest score! However, it is a risky game — if another gamer steps on your trail before you complete your loop, you will be the first one to lose!

How to Play Paper.io

Playing Paper.io will not require huge efforts from beginners, but will provide a platform for skillful players in terms of strategy and generating high scores. Such is the game:

• Your character can be moved with either the arrow keys or the touch controls.
• Your territory will be expanded by leaving the base and creating new areas.
• Take the captured space back to your zone and earn points.
  
• You could also be engaging in a defensive maneuver by cutting off other players’ trails and not letting them close it.
  
• Avoid collisions — if someone crosses your trail, you lose instantly!
